ReportWise is a product of M.A.P.S, operated by AGCS LIMITED trading as ARTISTEHUB Systems (Company Registration No. 10778479). By accessing or using the ReportWise platform (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
ReportWise provides digital tools for song catalogue management, royalty report analysis, bulk data import, AI-assisted document extraction, and related reporting functionalities. The Service is designed to assist music industry professionals in managing and analysing their catalogue data.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including its design, features, branding, and underlying technology — are and shall remain the exclusive property of AGCS LIMITED t/a ARTISTEHUB Systems. You retain ownership of the data you upload, but grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Certain features of the Service utilise artificial intelligence and machine learning models (including but not limited to PDF data extraction and the Reporting Assistant). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs are provided on an “as-is” basis and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-assisted results before relying upon them for any business, financial, or legal decisions.
The Service processes data that you provide. AGCS LIMITED does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any uploaded data or generated reports. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions based on outputs from the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGCS LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AGCS LIMITED and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
